The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app, because your report arrives with the screen it is about.
Report a problem
- Shake your iPhone on the screen that is misbehaving and choose Report a problem. You can mark up the screenshot before sending.
- Or open More → Settings → Report a problem.

Common questions
How do I invite my partner or family?
Open More → Household and choose Invite. Add their name and, if you like, their email address, then share the invitation by QR code, Messages, the share sheet or a copied link. Someone in the household approves each request before a person joins; the link alone doesn't give access.
How do I join a household someone invited me to?
Tap the invitation link on your iPhone and choose Open in Cubby Corner. If the app doesn't open, go to More → Household → Join another household and paste the link. Sign in with Apple, then wait for someone in the household to approve you.
Can I belong to more than one household?
Yes. Households you belong to are listed in More → Household, where you can switch between them or leave one.
How do I leave or delete a household?
More → Household. You can leave a household at any time; other people keep its content. A household that was never shared can be deleted outright.
How do I delete my account?
More → Settings → Account → Delete my account. The app shows exactly what would change before anything is deleted: households where you are the only person go with your account, and in others what you shared stays, with your name removed.
I'm not getting notifications.
Check that notifications for Cubby Corner are allowed in the iPhone's Settings app, then open More → Settings → Notifications in Cubby Corner to choose what you hear about and set quiet hours. Shared notifications need you to be signed in.
Someone sent something that shouldn't be in our chat.
Touch and hold the message and choose Report…. You can also mute a person, or block them in a direct conversation. Household owners and admins are told about reports and can remove a member, and we review every report.
How do I stop crash reports?
More → Settings → Privacy → Share crash reports. Reports are anonymous; switching this off also deletes any waiting on your iPhone.
