Terms of use
These terms are between you and CytechX Corporation (“we”), the maker of Cubby Corner. By using the app you agree to them. If you set up a household, you confirm the people you add are happy to be added.
1. The app and your account
You can use Cubby Corner on your device without an account. Sharing a household needs Sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple ID secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account; children can take part in a household managed by an adult.
2. Households
A household's owner decides who joins and what roles members have. Content you add to a shared household can be seen, and depending on roles changed, by its members. If you leave, are removed or delete your account, what you already shared stays with the household, with your name removed. The owner of a household is responsible for the people they invite.
3. Your content
You own what you add. You give us permission to store, copy and show it only as needed to run Cubby Corner for you and your household. Don't add content you don't have the right to share.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Cubby Corner to harass anyone, to share unlawful or objectionable content, to try to access households or accounts that aren't yours, to overload or probe the service, or to send spam through invitations or email features. You can report a message, mute a person or block them in the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Connected services
Connecting a Google or Microsoft account is optional and also subject to that provider's terms. We only use that access for the features you turn on, and you can disconnect at any time.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Cubby Corner reliable but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features; if we end the service we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
7. Liability
Cubby Corner is a planning tool. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for missed reminders, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
8. Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app (More → Settings → Account). We may end these terms if you break them seriously.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of it.
